Management and Leadership Development Programme

This new leadership development programme is an opportunity for managerial staff to become inspired, motivated and challenged.

Each module is tailored to the company’s needs whilst providing practical applications for leadership skills. Delivered through dynamic workshops, company managers, supervisors, middle and senior managers will have the opportunity to engage and learn about leadership styles that can greatly increase organisational productivity and growth.

This programme will give managers the skills needed in adapting quickly to changes, meeting objectives and leading their team.

How does it work?

Covering all industries, the programme includes a series of workshops that can be delivered on or off site and works best for groups of a minimum of 8 participants. Although each workshop is tailored, their content typically covers:

  • Leadership style
  • Different types of management
  • Developing team leaders
  • Leadership vs. Management
  • Performance management
  • Developing your team

Each facilitated workshop is interactive with participants playing an active role in developing their skills and knowledge. Additional reference material is included to allow participants to continue their own professional development.

Why is management and leadership important?

Strong leadership skills are essential for improved business performance and managers must be able to inspire and communicate effectively. This programme not only introduces new techniques and styles managers can use on a daily basis but it ensures they obtain the confidence and skills needed to grow their management style whilst keeping to best practise.

The key to any business in any sector and size is the ability for managers to effectively manage people in their team. This programme aims to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours of managers so that they can lead and direct their teams to ensure everyone works together in achieving their objectives, subsequently achieving the business goals of the organisation.

Managers and team leaders must understand the different requirements of each team member in order to make the most of their skills and talents. They must be able to adapt their management style according to different situations that they will inevitably find themselves in.
