Management and Leadership Development Programme
This new leadership development programme is an opportunity for managerial staff to become inspired, motivated and challenged.
Each module is tailored to the company’s needs whilst providing practical applications for leadership skills. Delivered through dynamic workshops, company managers, supervisors, middle and senior managers will have the opportunity to engage and learn about leadership styles that can greatly increase organisational productivity and growth.

How does it work?
Covering all industries, the programme includes a series of workshops that can be delivered on or off site and works best for groups of a minimum of 8 participants. Although each workshop is tailored, their content typically covers:

Each facilitated workshop is interactive with participants playing an active role in developing their skills and knowledge. Additional reference material is included to allow participants to continue their own professional development.
