We work closely with the British Council, companies and governments in countries around the world to share our knowledge and experience of skills development practices.

Using a simple, flexible model to tackle the Skills Development Cycle, we have successfully engaged with countries at all levels of development.

The new relationships we form through this work also helps training providers, colleges, employers and trade associations in the UK and abroad to expand their horizons and work in new ways.

Projects to date have included:

  •  Working with the national government and mining companies in the Ukraine to develop new approaches to assessment and occupational research
  • Advising the Print and Paper industry bodies in Egypt as they develop new programmes for young people and new approaches to engaging with industry
  • Helping the government in Vietnam to design a new sector-based skills system alongside employers
